It’s easy! Follow these easy steps for requesting a new prescription from REDI Pharmacy.

1. If your doctor will fax the new prescription to us, please have your doctor fax the prescription to the following fax number: 845-507-0631
2. Your doctor may not authorize faxing of a prescription if he has already written one out. Please bring the written prescription order to your local REDI Pharmacy.
